Exchange and Returns
DEFECTIVE
If your product is defective or not functioning as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.
RETURNS
You can return your KZStoreAmsterdam products within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely at no cost and send you a new one. If it concerns hygiene products, these cannot be returned.
SHIPPING
- Pack the product in the original packaging along with the return form.
- Place the return label in a visible place on the package.
- Go to one of the post points (a post office or a parcel point) and send your package.
- A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment.
- Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be arranged.
