Exchange and Returns

 

DEFECTIVE

If your product is defective or not functioning as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.

RETURNS

You can return your KZStoreAmsterdam products within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely at no cost and send you a new one. If it concerns hygiene products, these cannot be returned.

SHIPPING

  1. Pack the product in the original packaging along with the return form.
  2. Place the return label in a visible place on the package.
  3. Go to one of the post points (a post office or a parcel point) and send your package.
  4. A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment.
  5. Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be arranged.
